Pankaj Kumar is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 19 years of diverse experience spanning pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and child development. He has held key positions in leading organizations such as Ranbaxy, Glenmark, and Quest Diagnostics—a global leader in diagnostics. He also spearheaded the launch of Strand Life Sciences, the pathology arm of the HCG Group of Hospitals, across North India.

Over the past 9+ years, Pankaj has been deeply involved in the child development and therapy sector, understanding the unique needs of special children and their families. During this journey, he has conceptualized, built, and successfully managed more than 50 Child Development Therapy Centres across India, contributing significantly to accessible and quality therapy services.

In his current role as Vice President at The Unique Minds, Pankaj leads strategic operations, expansion, and partnerships, driving the organization’s mission to provide holistic child development solutions through evidence-based, multidisciplinary care.
